Therapy For Teens, Adults, and Families
Welcome to Raha
We are an Arizona based therapeutic collective providing mental health services. We are dedicated to supporting individuals and families on their journey toward well-being and connection. Our services emphasize the importance of community, offering workshops, support groups, and individual counseling to foster growth and resilience. While most of our offerings are currently online, we also host in-person groups and workshops to bring people together in shared healing experiences. Families are always welcome, as we understand that healing often begins with our relationships and loved ones.
Join us at Raha Wellness, where we heal, grow, and thrive, individually and collectively.
Hi, I’m Ayla Perez MA. LCSW
I work with people who have learned to play small, those who struggle with confidence, self-trust, or the feeling that taking up space isn’t safe or allowed. Many of my clients are deeply insightful and capable, yet carry patterns of self-doubt that were shaped by past experiences, relationships, or systems that taught them to shrink in order to survive.
My work centers on helping clients understand why these patterns formed, not as personal flaws, but as intelligent adaptations to earlier circumstances. From that place of understanding, we gently build new ways of relating to the self and the world, ways that allow more presence, agency, and embodied confidence.
I primarily use EMDR and Somatic Therapy, modalities that honor the body’s role in healing and support deep, lasting change rather than surface-level coping. I work with individuals, couples, and teens through adults, tailoring each session to meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable.
I also hold a deep respect for grief work. Grief shows up in many forms, not only through death, but through lost relationships, unmet needs, identity shifts, life transitions, and the lives we imagined but did not get to live. Often, unresolved grief is what keeps people stuck, disconnected, or afraid to step fully into themselves. I find meaning in walking alongside clients as they name, feel, and integrate these losses with care and compassion.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering what has always been there. Therapy at Raha Wellness is an invitation to take up space, thoughtfully, authentically, and on your own terms.
Outside of my professional life, I find joy in movement, connecting with nature, and traveling.

Hi, I’m Ashley Denton LCSW
I was born and raised in the beautiful state of Arizona. With a passion for helping others and a love for science, I found myself studying Microbiology at Northern Arizona University with big plans moving on in the medical field. As the years went on I became more and more concerned with the push of unnatural methods to fix physical and mental health concerns instead of getting to the root causes. This led me to becoming a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Being trained in functional holistic techniques, I enjoy helping clients support their body’s innate wisdom and nutritional needs by taking into account their bio-individuality. This allows us to put together whole food based dietary plans, as well as supplementation and lifestyle recommendations to help support my clients unique wellness journey. Along with nutritional plans, I also provide functional lab testing such as complete panels, DUTCH, OAT and more, to help to get a more in-depth view into areas of the body that could use some extra support.
In my daily life I enjoy cooking, dancing anywhere and everywhere, spending time with my wonderful, vivacious children and continuously learning. I also enjoy facilitating as a practitioner in other healing modalities and working in the community to help support healing on the collective level. When I am not busy with day to day life I love traveling and being surrounded by nature any chance I get.
